My old house is about to fall, I think the location will be of interest to the Duchy members. It is located very close to the Trinsic west gate and suitable for you to rp. The plot is condemed from this eve and I do not want it to fall into the hands of some idiot.

- From Trinsic West gate follow the wall North.
- Go past the west gate armoury (Fitzpaine)
- Continue North and pass west gate barracks (john)
- Next house north is it (Lemon)
It can be expanded and if the neighbour moves it can be huge.
