I emailed them today to let them know my change of address for next week, and they ignored it; so I rang them just now and got some gormless git who was deaf and couldn't spell the simplest word. Then he informed me that it's going to cost me an extra £33, which consists of £8 increased policy (because the car will be at so much risk parked in secure private grounds with electric gates and CCTV); and a whopping £25 administration charge. Twenty five sodding quid for pressing a few sodding buttons on a sodding computer for 30 seconds?????? The greedy bastards!
