1. "Elise" doesn't own my house. If she did, why in the hell would I have been asking what I asked in the first instance?
2. "Su-Mi" has a rather finely tuned sense of humour, in my experience. An acute sense of reality too, and can grasp when someone (example: Elise) is talking complete and utter codswallop.
3. Again, my thanks to those who were
a) very helpful regarding the info I needed. I can now sort out the situation before IDOCing and the like occurs.
b) their usual delightful and entertaining selves, keeping the thread lighthearted and banterful with their cheery IDOC jokes.
4. Zero thanks to those who
a) Talk tripe about refreshing/owning/paying for houses they have nothing to do with and confuse the more zealous of our moderators who
b) lock threads without checking any facts first.
