| I'll explain again.
Player A insults player B and Player B thinks it is an excellent joke. they slap one another on the back for being robust good guys and laugh.
Player C sees the insults and thinks that this is a suitable mode of communication, so launches into player D.
Player D is hurt and upset and bullied because insults are fair play and is told that he/she has a pathetically thin skin and should not be in the playground with the big boys.
Or else Player D eventually starts to join in with sniping and insulting on the grounds that the only protection is to join in and be seen to be one of the big boys.
Of course there are people on these boards who like and dislike each other. That's only natural in any group of human beings. It does not mean that anybody should be free to insult anybody gratis, or to jump on any action of somebody they dislike and snipe at them.
And I don't delete posts where people have behaved badly, because I don't believe in tampering with evidence.
