we are having a similar problem with talktalk/bt.... the box that comes in the wall is fucked, bt say its nothing to do with them after all it is their box that has fucked up... So my net comes up and down like a fecking yo yo!!! Argggh! and they want loads money to come out and replace it... and i cant afford it
