I hate timewasters!!!
I'm selling my small chest freezer for £20, a very reasonable price considering they are nearly £90 in the shops. I put it on the intranet at work and a girl rang to say her brother was interested, so I put off the other two people who had asked about it and waited for him to turn up at 6pm on Thursday. He never showed and then rang to say something had come up, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said he could come today to see it.
He's just been, and I'm so peed off, I feel like ramming the damn thing up his bum sideways. I had clearly said in the ad that it was about the size of a washing machine. Now I don't know what sort of huge washing machine this arsehole has, but he said it was smaller than he had expected. Anyway then he asked me again how much I wanted for it so I said £20. The cheeky sod then unplugged it and started hauling it out of the room, saying "Well I'll take it but I'll give you fifteen quid for it", as if he was doing me a big favour; so I said "sorry no, I want twenty". He just assumed that I'd be so grateful for him to take it that I'd take a cut in an already low price. Needless to say, his nose was just a tiny bit out of joint!
