This has now been confirmed.
After the attack on Commander Matthew on Wednesday 24th January discussions have taken place.
Also, after failing to comply with peace treaty's granted by the Commander on two seperate occasions, the Order of Haven has no other optioin than to declare War on the Dragoni Templar.

Please do not go looking for or hunting down members of the Dragoni for now, until I spoken to their Emmisary. If spotted inside the City of Haven, please remove them. Thankyou.
