Let it be known...
None within the Templars should endevour to try to enter Haven, to do so will undoubtly cost you your life. The Templars will make no effort to rescue you nor shall it care.
The Emissary has cut all diplomatic ties to Haven and have barred its doors to Haveners. Any Havener found within the lands of the Temple shall be exicuted without trail or jury.
