Distinguishing features: Crooked nose as a result of a break sustained during a beating early on in his Marksman career.

Short character description: As the regiment's Chaplain, Septimus is naturally a strong believer in the Virtues. However, he is not a flawless human being, possessing something of a combative attitude, which makes him a good soldier but frequently leads to conflict with allies and superiors.
