| Saw a show about chocolate.. real intressting. Most chocolate comes from Mexico and produced there as well before sent to countries in bars. ie Belgium, Swizz.. and so on.. In some mexican cities where it is done they eat chocolate in many dishes and its not sweet, more or less pure chocolate. To make it attractive to us EUs/Americans they sweet it. All countries got different reciepies on their chocolate before its shipped from Mexico. The Bigger brands of course got their own style..
