| k, what else makes me grumpy:
we are 2 labs in 2 different countries but technically one group.
my lab has twice the number of people, 4x the amount of work, and barely gets any support from the company despite us all working our asses off
whereas their lab has the fancy degree people, only about 2-3 people and yet they are making it so they no longer do any testing... and that they get all the kudos and promotions and credit ... and all the control...and all the info...all the best projects... etc
while it's us doing a lot of the work. yet we are stuck floundering for support and are blamed for everything bad... so much for equality eh... |
