Adam and I are hoping we might engage your services to cater our Salon reception this Saturday, April 7th.
The reception would start at 8PM GMT and we would be honored if you could see to the refreshment needs for our guests. As we discussed before, we would want to keep things fairly simple - bread, cheeses, perhaps some fruit and meat pies and cooked birds. Wine, ale, and water for beverages. I suspect we'll need refreshments for perhaps between a dozen and two dozen guests.
Please let me know how much money you need to cover the costs and I will make arrangements to get it to you as soon as possible.
