I wish to thank you again for the fine fare you prepared for the reception at the Salon this past weekend. It was such a pleasure to have so grand a spread for our guests, and I have to say, your meat pie was absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted.
Thank you also for arranging the remaining food to go to Sally Buttons' orphans. I am very glad that we were able to give the food to those in need instead of feeding the bears and rats in the woods.
If you should ever need a reference, please do not hesitate to use Adam and myself. We would gladly endorse your talents.
In that we may be hosting at the Salon on a set night, perhaps in the future we might discuss a standing order for some simple foods that Adam and I can serve to our guests? I hope we might meet soon and discuss the possibility.
In the meantime, again, thank you for all your efforts. Your splendid buffet was a large part of the success of the reception.
