Report: Capturing The Baron

Date : Thursday 31st of May

Commander : Genty

Unit : Lance Corporal Genty.

Objective : To repel the Vesper Attack

Description of Events: After the auction in Trinsic things had carried down, I had been for a rest and just returned to West Gate. Things looks undercontrol so I went to patrol the city. I walked all around and everything seemed fine, so I returned to West Gate.

On my return a fight had broken out between Trinsic forces and Vesper. There were many wounded from both sides and I decided to dive into battle. After managing to take down a couple of vepserians with help of the remaining Trinsic forces I noiticed that the Vesper Baron was still around, fighting. So I decided to turn my attentions to him.

Eventually we managed to knock him out and as the other Trinsic fighters turned their attentions to the last few Vepserians, I decided to stick with the baron and haul his arse to Trinsic, to see what Kaelyn wanted to do with him. I was told to put him in a cell, and did so.

After eventually disarming him (He had some sort of paralysis on his hands from one of the blows he suffered in the battle) Kaelyn asked me to bring the most senior Britainnian Guards outside and Captain Devante. I managed to find the Brit guard but Devante was no where to be found.

Kaelyn then proceeded to speak with varrious people outside the cell and left me inside with Baron Olk Samsca. We had a nice conversation, he seemed to be fairly polite, although his politcal views were fairly crap...but who would expect oposing sides to agree. Before the end of our chat Kaelyn re-entered the cell with several others and I was told we were to transport him to Yew.

The strange group of us took the baron and slowly walked him to Yew. At one point there was an arguement of where we should actually take him, in the end Yew was settled on and when we arrived the Yewian guards seemed surprised we were willing to hand him over for free. After a quick discussion they bundled him into a cell and I left them to decide what they should do with him.

I hope they do not kill him, I would one day like to continue our discussion. Also the concequenses on Trinsic may be dangourous.
