| Why don't B&Q and Wickes employ people who actually know something about DIY and the products they sell???? I need some runners for my wardrobe drawers, and took one of the old ones in with me to compare them. The girl didn't even know what a bloody drawer runner WAS! Wickes just don't sell them (according to the dimwit I asked).
I know I could get them online, but I want to actually see them, so I know I have the right ones!
