Due to the continuing attacks from criminals and other scum that revel in the harassment of innocent and peaceful citizens, the Duchy wishes to take measures to protect the citizens as much as possible.
Tonight, at 9pm BST (Britannian Standard Time), a course will seek to inform citizens and guards about proper behavior in case of danger and other relevant skills and informations.
Topics will be:
- where and how to seek shelter
- how to alarm guards and citizens in case of danger
- how to help victims
- first aid and triage
- how to fight fire safely
- question and answer session
The course will take place in the guardhouse next to the western bank. In nice weather up on the roof.
Course is for citizens of the Duchy of Trinsic only.
