General Issues

• Invasions of orcs, led by a powerful red dragon have taken place in the last days. Be prepared to protect and evacuate the citizens should another invasion take place. The Elven Quarter is offering food and shelter to all refugees.

Bans and Warnings

• Kendra is specifically forbidden to carry any means of deamon summoning. Search her occasionally to enforce this.
• Carn Helmingas is only allowed to enter the town if he leaves all magical items and weapons with the guards at the gate. If he refuses to do so or enters the town by other means remove him, if necessary by force.
