Paranoia is apparently in these days. I got to keep mine when I had them out, and they had to be surgically removed (not enough room for them to come out properly). My mom had like a cup full of gallstones removed (along with her gallbladder), and got to keep the stones too (creepy looking things). If I ever have to go through and appendectomy I want to keep the appendix! In a jar, on my desk.
