I notice Nethack is there which of course is legendary. If anyone likes Nethack, can I recommend Zangband which to me is the premiere Nethack/Rogue derivative. There is ascii if you must but I recommend the graphical tileset which is superb.

This is what it looks like on a Mac, but this doesn't give any true indication to it's diversity. It has way more to the Item Generation than Diablo 2, with a multitude of spell classes, professions and races.
