Well of course it bloody isn't ok, but there's crap all you can do about it is there?
Hospital shifted my appointment day before I'm due to go in to middle of September. "Is that ok?" Doesn't matter if it isn't ok, they can't do the day they arranged and have no earlier appointments *mutters*
