| Umm, have they said they're getting rid of the Trade Minister who accepts the minors? He's been in place ever since the first ToT, even though minors stopped spawning you could still trade them in the whole time.
So unless they've stated otherwise, I'd assume you can still trade in minors after the ToT event is over. |
