That takes you to a list of game codes. Clicking on the code you want it takes you to a secure site:

Logging in there gives you a number of options, but none is for payment using PayPal.
Stymied I used the "contact customer service" to ask how I can use PayPal. A reply (to the email address I provided on the form) is promised within 24 hours. This was on 5th Sept (3 days ago) and I've not had a reply.
