Short story: MediaDefender is a bunch of evil people poisoning filesharing networks with garbage data and logging IPs to sue people for sharing stuff. The manager is a bit of a muppet - he forwards all his confidential company mail to his GMail account.
Then he proceeds to register with a dodgy torrent site's forum. With his gmail address as his contact email. Using the same password for the forum account that he did for his GMail account. Moderator/admin logs in, downloads all his mail, and posts it in a torrent.
Hilarity ensues as the contents of the emails are... well incriminating to say the least.
