Hang on, think I have found a major flaw in their plan. If you go to download the simpsons movie but use one of their torrents and get junk how can they sue you for downloading the simpsons movie as you havent.

Wouldnt it just make more sense to get permissions from the movie studios to download stuff, then go to torrent sites, download things and then nab the people your torrent client connects to. Granted some torrent clients will mask ip's and easy to get round it with a proxy but to the average downloader thats far too much hard work so they could easily get a few million people.
