*laughs with relief*
I was afraid to see what you'd say, after all you're the tauren writer around here not me.
Yes there is definitely going to be more. I decided to do her stories with this I: Birth, II: Youth type theme as its a tidy way to write her up as she levels to 70 and also to lay the background down for who she is, and why, since I'm sort of letting 'her' tell me that as I play her, and come up with ideas instead of deciding WHAT she is up front.
Until I wrote this story, for instance, I'd no intention to make her brother deceased but it seemed to help set up the story. As for Belar, I think her little crush on him will also play a role in her development into a warrior, if only that he perhaps tries to thwart it.
At first I thought I'd make her father the more conservative and concerned one, and the mother the more supportive one, but that's a more stereotypical view of 'protective daddies' and I wanted Arawn to be special.
Tauren female warriors 'are' pretty rare ingame and I wanted to use that in the story somehow, that perhaps it wasn't encouraged among the females. But.. I didn't want this to be the 'women vs the men'. I liked the idea that her father, Arawn, despite his gruff bearing was a true warrior in his heart as well as in his actions...and knows full well that the appeal of the life he led wasn't limited to what sex one was, and that it actually is him that has sympathy for the unusual fate his daughter appears to be destined for....remembering what pleasure and satisfaction his own life gave him, despite the risks, would prevent him from denying his child the same opportunity to live the life that 'speaks to her'.
Thank you Puffs

Coming from you and your wonderfully warm moo stories I can only say I'm deeply flattered.
