We had a nice evening, reading out our poems. Good turnout, and thank you for joining.
We started with a lovely poem from Reywal. With those writing skills, I am sure he will soon find the one he so longs to marry!
Then a poem from a lady I do not know that well - Her name is T'lara - but she was an exellent writer, and I hope she will join us again.
Esca wrote a poem about his .. or one of his?.. White Wyrm. My personal favorite.
Though I must say.. even though Esca's was really good - Becca did a GREAT job, making us all laugh. This poem was really funny and it was her first! Well done Becca!
Sorry that I did not get to write more or Hedlyn's poem down. But it was so long - good, but long - so I wrote so fast, I could not even read my own handwriting today! Well done, Hedlyn - I know how much work you put into this.
Gia made.. or made someone make - a poem about herself. I think it fits you, Gia.
Another long poem from Adam - it was really good - and also the winner! He won 3000 coins to spend on his beloved, Alraune, who also joined us with a poem of her own.
My own poem, which I first read without Jake being there.. But Becca called me back later that evening - I thought I was going back to work - but.. Something quite alot better happened. And though Adam won the competition.. I feel like I won it all. *smiles*
