1. Peasants shall pay more taxes. So we can pay for more services and more soldiers! AND so that no soldiers or rich will pay.

2. Public bath houses to make Vesper cleaner! So many are filthy and need to bathe more often.

3. War upon Yew. The bullies in Yew need to be stopped!

4. Free perfume and haircuts for all. Especially the peasants, they need better looks! We want to hire one to make all look cute!

5. Cleaner buildings and streets. Peasants must make their houses prettier as well. A cleaner and nicer Vesper!

6. No more bullying! Law will come to make stop all the bulling in Vesper!

7. Pay will be doles out on the weekend to all citizen employees. To claim the pay, the tax collector must be sought out. (Taxes will also be collected during this time.)

8. All citizens will be emissaries. Collection of information of other towns to be reported to the Baorn. We will not tolerate traitors.

9. Each citizen will be required to donate on ruby per week. This is to keep the Baroness in good temperment. A happy Baroness makes a happy Baron.

10. Sunday is travel day. All citizens should wear their finest outfits and travel around to make Vesper look good to others! Stories will be shared later at Swaggers.
