Kimi doesn't consider the lease of the healers to be a trade, per se. Although the lease technically goes through her, it's not a building she'd lease to the highest bidder, and hope they do well for themselves.
Your lease of the building is not contested, or anything of the sort. All its omission means is that if/when you give up the healers, it won't be listed as an available lease.
