The same attorney was also appointed for the copyright of Relic's in-house trademark Company of Heroes.
* THQ has confirmed that Relic owns the Homeworld trademark, as quoted by Eurogamer
* The USPTO has since updated trademark information accordingly.
* There is no official confirmation, nor any statement about a future Homeworld game.
