| ahh my mw called that spd syphynis pubis dysfunction its the same thing i think they just gave me exercises to do told me to take paracetamols and offered me a tubigrip type belt thing for under bump it sucks and gets worse as pregnancy goes on but one thing i was told that helped was everytime you go to sit down or stand or move in anyway way pull all your tummy muscles in as this helps keep the pelvis in placejust while you start the movement then it should hurt so much |
