PUBLIC HANGING!  This upcoming Sunday at 8pm BST, you are all hearby invited to the public hanging of Aran Linvail for the following crimes;
Assaulted and tortured a city official.
He pleaded guitly to the given crime and thus his punishment is to be hanged on Vesperian soil without the need of a trial. May this also be a warning to all those of other Drow breed, mess with Vesper, and we won't play nicely. You have been warned.
The execution itself will be taken place at the gallows at Vesper's beach. Those that do not know of it's location, just stand outside of the Swaggers and somebody will show you the way.
