| You miss my point, Samson, which is rather unsurprising. At the end of the day, there are three rules that matter (besides "stay in character") in any ruleset, anything else is just pedantry and tweaking and really makes feck all difference to roleplay.
1. Die? Wear a death robe.
2. Don't try loot, we're not about that.
3. (If you're in CoRE) don't twat someone without warning.
The end. You can wrap it up in all the shiney new ribbons and red-tape you want, it's still the same old stuff. The time spent making new RoE could have been much better used making joint roleplay events to create bonds between CoRE and the rest of the Europa roleplaying community. Bottom line? I don't give a toss WHAT ruleset someone's playing by, frankly there are far too few roleplayers left for me to be picky about who I play with. I see someone roleplaying on ultima online? I'm joining in. See you there.
