Yeah herbal remedies like that are great, much better than messing about with something that effects your hormones in a bad way. I tended to get migraines alot too, real bad ones with the auras and numbness first then the pounding head after. I used migraleve if I could afford it, otherwise it was nurofen and a quiet dark room. Not something you can do when your in the middle of a days work, which happened to me once. I had to walk to the chemist unable to see properly and just begged for something to kill the pain, my boss let me half about 30 mins to sit quietly before I was back on my feet serving customers with a pounding head. |
