I glance over books now; I've seen so many of them
I definitely prefer the 'talk to people' way of recruiting. I'm not sure books help anymore.
The Court, as Cherry says, definitely recruits by talking to people. Odd, considering I have one of the biggest libraries - but I'm sure I'm not stocking anyone's guildbooks there!
