| Ahhh, another noobie-sounding question!
Sooo, I'm here looking at the sign of one of my (many, many) customised houses, and I have some options...only not really. I really only have one- the highlighted one- that's saying 'TRADE HOUSE' - when what I'd really like to do is demolish the little blighter and start anew. Now there's a 'demolish' option there right under 'TRADE HOUSE' - but it's dark...and it won't allow me to select it. Now- why IS that?
