aye, but apparently you have to "register" a credit card, then after 20 levels you start paying to enter the MMO. Think its a good idea tho, an interesting take on the whole thing. From what I can see you can play at level 20 aslong as you want in singleplayer.

there are slight annoying cliches in the system atm, like when being in indoors on some setups and computers (like mine) it takes a while dungeon to "load" as I noticed so first 5 minutes in there as you move forward you experience annoying freezes that last 5-10 second :/ ( you also experience this time to time when running around outdoors)

but otherwise my fps sticks pretty stable between 40-60

Me thinks I'll have a go at gemcutting on my first character, only because of the way Jewelcrafting and Enchanting have gone in WoW, both really good ways to make cash.

Little things they seem to have done, learning from WoW, like the Tradepost, basically the AH but its all B/O no bidding. You just buy or don't at the price advertised.

Auction House was the second best thing in WOW, first was Enchanting.

I loved the system and the fact you couldnt put Enchanting onto the Auction House

Depending on the size of the guild I join ill either go with Architecture or Gemcrafting I suppose

Pro tips -

Delete the shader cache every time you crash/logout..
Hit ctrl+§ and disable rendering of foilage and grass..
Turn off sound completely..
DEFRAG YOUR DRIVE WITH CONAN ON !

Personally, the game was more or less unplayable for the first two days.. Nighttime Tortage was somewhat doable, but the frequent lockups made me die in almost all fights -> more loadingtimes and corpseruns.. After i started doing the above steps, i can actually play daytime aswell (whohoo) without mucho problems apart from a fps around 15-25..

Oh, and as im typing this i just downloaded a 33mb patch LEts see how it all works after the defrag im doing now.. Yes, defrag the conan folder every single time you get a patch or delete your shader cache, makes the game load SO much smoother..
