Thug - Bandit: Be active and attend events as much as possible for two weeks. Complete two tasks with reports.
Bandit - Brigand/Wytch: Complete five tasks with reports. Hold the Bandit rank and remain active for one month.
Brigand/Wytch - Feared Brigand/Wytch: Complete five tasks, gather 20'000 gold for the gang and hand it to an officer and remain active for two months.
Feared Brigand - Brigand Captain: Lead five gang events and have pre-planned them and posted them on the forums. You must also complete five tasks. You may only gain the Captain rank by applying and being accepted into Brigand command team.
