The city herself was not ancient, but had stood the test of generations of attacks by marauding tribes from the Turan steppes aswell as invading Hyperborian rulers looking for easy spoils and victories.
The people of Tronac had always been hard, unforgiving and swift to defend their homeland. Yet they were equally welcoming newcomers to settle within in its borders if they proved their worth by their deeds, words and hardiness.“

“The spiritual parton of the Citystate of Tronac, is the man who gave the city her name, the legendary Tronac himself. A Cimmerian by birth, he had led his tribesmen thru the harsh mountianranges in search of riches and bounty, but discovered that he found more than he had set his mind to, his true home. As any Cimmerian, he was a strong man in both body and soul, yielding to man nor beast if they opposed him. Yet he was tender to those he held close to his heart.
The small tribesvillage soon grew bigger due to freespirited people from all parts of Hyboria finding their way there. As Tronac died, the village had grown to a hamlet, and with the generations passed and the Brythunian Kingdom formed the city managed to keep its independency from the crown. Today she is a bustling city, where merchants do their business with local wares and more excotic objects that their ships carry up the Yellow River before shifting onto caravans for the last part of the trip. The nobles lock themselves into their guarded homes and nightfall to protect their lives and valuables from the thieves and robbers that every city is plagued by. The slaves of noblemen and the bourgeoisie alike scurry around in the city, working on the fields and preforming most menial tasks of their masters. The general public make their living as in any other part of the world and are tradesmen, barkeeps, farmers, soldiers, huntsmen and the like. “

"Hear Ye, Hear Ye..

By the authority of the Council, i declare the laws of New Tronac effective as of now..

Anyone caught with practicing the dark arts of raising the dead, summoning demons or the like within citylimits will be arrested by the Guard. Punishment will consist of public battering until the offender understands the fault of his ways.

Anyone caught dueling or brawling within citylimits will be arrested by the Guard and held in custody until the sum of 50 copper will be paid. If the offenders cannot pay, they will do manual labour in the quarry until the sum of 50 copper in stone has been added to the city´s warehouse.

Anyone caught explicitly threatening, harassing or behaving disorderly towards another member of the public within citylimits, they will be arrested by the Guard. Punishment will be declared by the Commander as he see´s fit for the crime.
