OOC: The Citizen Militia is not a guild in itself, it is the organisation of those who are in non military type positions in guilds (DoT citizens, Brigands, Wenches etc) and wish to fight in the war with vesper. Sort of a temporary regiment during the war. This will hopfully enable us to keep track of who is fighting to balance the sides. Please note this does not mean that just anyone can join, we won't except pure evil characters that are hated by all, undead, orcs, necromancers etc.
