hehehe I think the best bit about all our beauty pageants had to be the one that had Seriya, Camigwen and Cal as judges.

I think that had to be the best dropped party comment I ever saw in the entire of my UO time *laughs*

A friend in the audience had been making some rather dodgy emotes that weren't noticed by many of us due to the size of the crowd, and in our little judges party Cal was attempting to paraphrase what she'd seen for me and Seriya. This was of course when her brain decided to be totally evil and make her say it aloud. All everyone else saw was Cal suddenly emoting *takes out a vibrator and looks at it longingly* (or something close to that).

Unfortunately the judges were covered by a PA system and ther comment was broadcast across the entire event *giggles*

I didn't stop laughing for a full ten minutes.

Despite my hysterical laughter I totally felt for you then Cal...I'd have been mortified. And Seriya had been trying to concentrate on more things than she was comfortable with at one time and had missed the first part of the story and thought you were just putting in dodgy emotes for the hell of it *laughs*

She did not sound impressed while she thought it was intentional...I think we spent 5 minutes trying to explain what had happened in our party chat *grins*

hehehe that comment made me go look through my screenies of the event then, Callum.
I have one that catches the original emote that Cal was trying to repeat, and then a conspicuous break over Cal's mistake and Seriya telling her off...guess I was laughing way too much to keep taking screenies at that point *grins*

I did manage to see all the party chat cheering Scathatch on when she emoted that Callum was looking like a girl though. *winks*

Glad I looked through those actually. It was nice to see the effort that some poeple had gone to for an RP event. Reggie in particular that had dyed his hair to match his clothing on each round of the competition. Some nice memories there.

most classic "oops did I say that out loud" moment ever. And you're right, I at first thought that Cal had said it deliberately... as anyone who knows me will be well aware of, I can't multitask for toffee.

BTW it wasn't Hannah, it was her then-boyfriend (long since ditched) Marcus who played the somewhat dodgy "Echo" character.

Interestignly that was the last night really of the SCR - my attempt at being a GM - as that night me and Muldran agreed to merge SCR back into SCT proper.

Quite a momentous occasion.

And yes that night was a lot of fun - theres 25 players in that screenie [roughly] and lots of ones I remember =)
