I'v been away from uo for a fair few years, is the copy of the RoE Callumfy posted in 2006 still the law? or has it been updated since?

also, depressingly sadd fact: half the guilds who signed up on the RoE in that post are no longer with us

It's erm, currently under some serious work between the GM's. But until an updated one is published, that RoE from 2006 is still the one in work so yeah, that's the one you follow.
