Since my thread was locked for God-knows-what-mad-reason I'm updating here.

1. "Elise" doesn't own my house. If she did, why in the hell would I have been asking what I asked in the first instance?

I think it was all a genuine set of misunderstandings looking back at the thread. I really think everyone was trying to help.

House collapse can be very emotive as can house camping - Ive been at a few [by mistake] in felucca and it really does get evil and nasty [its felucca fair enough] and i have usually ended up in a few nice chats.

So I am sure it was all done for the best possibel reasons by everyone [the thread posts].

My main hope is your house doesnt fall - if there is anythign I/we can do to help you just let me/us know Gwyn.

I'm not sure why it was locked tbh.
If you want to save your house you will either have to reopen your account, or entrust said account to someone else who can pay for it while you're away. The problem with the latter option is that, unless it's someone you trust 100%, they might decide to keep it, or at least the castle and nice items.
Hope you get it sorted soon.

Hmm so that thread was locked because of that statement by Sum-Mi? Not being funny but thats a little harsh Cerys. Perhaps it would be wiser to delete the offending posts if they offend that much, rather than shut the entire thread down?

I'll explain again.

Player A insults player B and Player B thinks it is an excellent joke. they slap one another on the back for being robust good guys and laugh.

Player C sees the insults and thinks that this is a suitable mode of communication, so launches into player D.

Player D is hurt and upset and bullied because insults are fair play and is told that he/she has a pathetically thin skin and should not be in the playground with the big boys.

Or else Player D eventually starts to join in with sniping and insulting on the grounds that the only protection is to join in and be seen to be one of the big boys.

Of course there are people on these boards who like and dislike each other. That's only natural in any group of human beings. It does not mean that anybody should be free to insult anybody gratis, or to jump on any action of somebody they dislike and snipe at them.

And I don't delete posts where people have behaved badly, because I don't believe in tampering with evidence.
