Did anybody come up with a foolproof way to buy game time codes from UO?

I have a Visa debit card, and have tried both Firefox and IE, and both times it tells me that the address does not correspond to the billing address. Of course this is an entirely spurious error message.

I've also tried entering the numbers both with the keypad and the row above the letters.

Any other suggestions?

I've solved it in the past, and I can't remember how.
Plus I've changed computer.

I don't mean to sound condescending, but you're not doing anything silly like spacing or hyphonating your card number? I know it sounds daft, but it's a common practice in databasing and people sometimes do it filling in computerised billing forms that are obviously used to just receiving a flat number as input.

They probably locked your Creditcard. It happens.

Some internet security software things have additional functions that are supposed to keep your private data safe. Like, you would tell them that your credit card number is a big no no and every time a nasty virus or such tries to sneak it off your system it would ask you first if that is fine.

If those act silly or if you have very high settings it might interrupt data transfer like that. So maybe have a glance at your internet security settings.

did you move recently? If so...

I had problems when I moved from the US. Everything should be the same address (or country), the address you may have to enter when ordering, the contact address in your UO account management and the credit card has to be of the same country. And of course you must also be in that country (they seem to check your IP, to avoid that some homeless bum from Boratville in Kazakhstan orders gamecodes with a stolen CC).
Took me a while (and 3 different credit cards) to figure that out.

If not....doh!!!

p.s. that applies if you use the OSI gamecode site. I assume you're trying to buy stuff from there.

Sounds like a possible cookie error too. Tried clearing them each time as well?

Also use Opera, Firefox is rubbish and IE is a waste of space. Opera has far less errors on it.
