Please show a bit of respect when placing banners. We all appreciate the difficulties of recruiting for a guild, but having an OOC character run around spamming people with txt-speak and putting down banners in other guild's buildings is a little rude.

As I speak, someone is using an OOC alt, trying his best to cover the Swaggers Inn with their banners and books and it's disrespectful to VTC. All things in moderation, please.

It makes more sense to contact their respective GM/AGM if you have a complaint about a Guild. Rarther than sticking such comments on this board, you dont even know if they will read your comments.

I am sure this has been mentioned time and time again for many years.

It should at least be allowed to talk in a non insulting, non finger pointing or non pre-condemning way about problems within the community. If this is not possible then this board is really lost for everything except babble :/

And yes, I think spamming guild ads is really quite rude. No matter if it's just a joke by a single player or if a guild is behind it. I mean this isn't ironforge where you can run around and spam for your gold farming services hehe

Just for clarification: nobody is pointing fingers anymore after I chopped the pointing finger off. Of course you can discuss such things here, but before the guild is openly named and shamed the guildmaster should be spoken to privately.

After all, not every faux pas is recognised as such by the offending guild.

To be perfectly honest, guilds should be made aware of this kind of behavior One general request asking people not to actlike this doesn't get anywhere anymore. It makes much more sense to point out the culprit so people know who to keep an eye on.
