The problem here is that if you're actively spying IC on a guild you should at least give them the opportunity to remove you. And yes, allowing them to power emote giving you the kick is all well and good, but it's rarely enough incentive to stay out.

I agree that Klion should have contacted a GM first. But until he confirms that he has, we might as well asume that he already did. Benefit of the doubt and all that. Besides, it's not a question of what Klion did or didn't do.

You know that isn't true. If the situation is being used for the in-game purposes of another guild then it's poor RP, and should be stopped.

Again, if that were the case he/she should really be using a guilded character. We're not talking about some overly complicated scenario here. It's just a question of OOC courtesy.
