9th Anniversary Collection International Ordering Coming Soon

We are working with our marketing partners in Europe and Australia to make sure UO fans around the world will be able to buy the 9th Anniversary Collection. We apologize for the delay, and expect to be able to announce retailers and give direct links to stores soon. We will extend the Early Buy Bonus deadline in order to make sure all players have a chance to get the items in the Heritage Collection. Keep watching uo.com for updates.

You can't get the tokens any more but any tokens in game can still be used and ladder deeds can be got as well. So, in a word, yes.
