So me and a couple of friends are here on Europa since it's the best RP shard. I've been here a while, my friends are new. Problem is, we're all American and we're anywhere from 5 to 9 hours behind UK time.

Is there anyone else out there in this boat? You'd like to RP, but everyone's in bed when you're on? We're just a handful of old friends, and there never seems to be more than two of us on at a time, but we'd love to have some other folks to RP with. Right now we're planning on doing a sort of anti-paladin guild based around what little Umbra lore exists, namely the bits about awakening Kronus.

If there's anyone else out there who doesn't log on to RP because they figure there are no RPers around at that time, let me know? I wouldn't mind there being a sort of RP "night shift" for the yankees and night owls.

Alraune and I tend to play US evening times during the week, when we have time to play.

There is a small group of players who sometimes show up in Trinsic in our early evenings and we used to find life regularly at the Swaggers Inn in Vesper.

It would be great to have more American RPers playing on Europa to make the evenings a little livelier. . ..

When i was in Canada for almost 6mths i found there was generally more RP goings on around Southern Vesper ( the Swaggers area ). Sometimes there was a little bit going on around Trinsic but i would try first for the area of the Swaggers my friend.

Swaggers got about 6-7 active american members, and the Vesperian militia folk never sleep.. ever.. at.. all.

U.S. here and Kiran is right, Swagger on in sometime.

Many nights, Swaggers is open all night or we may hop over to the tavern in Trinny if things are really dead.

House of Tremere also has a number of Americans in the guild, and especially as you would like to have an Umbra lore style guild, we'd welcome the opportunity to sit and talk with you sometime (or at least I'll make our AGM Jade Bastet do so )

And I remember what it's like to have to deal with the time differences, although I've ahem.. remedied that situation.. since I am also an American... I just happen to be living in Europe now....

I tried to get something like this going a couple of year ago, but got very little response. I partially solved it by starting characters on Pacific. Perhaps this migration of rp-ers to Europa has tipped the balance enough to give the idea of off-hours rp a bit of a boost. That would be nice. I am quite often online after 7am uk time and at odd times during the day.

Hi, I am reading this thread and paying attention. But one of my buddies is in the Army, and the other is about to be a father for the first time any day now, so we haven't got much of a jump on our guild idea lately. Hehe.
