For the first time that I've noticed, Jern's yellow bag has been made lighter, by the loss of a few hundred gold and a book called "Jern's loves" (or something like that).

Unfortunately the book was empty and so revealed no secrets. But I'm going to rectify that in future by keeping such books with written secrets in it. The secrets will be based on in-game things that happen to Jern - or that he does, or his thoughts and dreams about things he wants to happen - a sort of short diary extract to bring them to the knowledge of characters who get hold of them. Hopefully, this will create openings for mini-scenarios or at least roleplaying.

Iv'e heard that stealing weapons isn't allowed anymore due to the new roe not stating it... If this is true i think they need to revise it and let weapons be once again stolen. An example, my thief steals some gems and the owner notices, he attacks me... Naturally i'd disarm him and steal his weapon to render him helpless and live to tell the tale. Another scenario is that if a guard is standing at ease, a thief could easily come up to them and either snatch the weapon from their hands or slip it from it's sheath. Could someone let me know if weapons are still stealable?

No, they're not.
The issue was some people have weapons coloured with Tokuno pigments that are worth a lot of money, or would not be able to get a replacement weapon without some hassle.
Essentially, you should steal from the yellow bag (if someone puts their weapon in their yellow bag, then it's fine), or if that is absent, then gold or gems.

Everythign should really be lootable/stealable armor and trinkets, give people some reason to act more reasonably and actually have some fear of being "knocked"

Looting armour from riders would be great. Was used way back in CoY, afterall. If you're going to use a mount to your advantage you can suffer the negative side effects as well!

In an ideal world with mature players, yes. But all we'd see on Europa is gank squads causing grief. It's another excuse for gimped out templates as no one wants to die.
