The infamous Ricardo, recently captured and secured in the Trinsic jail, shall be brought to trial within a fortnight. Officials plan to move the villain, under heavy guard, to the Court of Truth. Citizens are to be assured, that while Ricardo is known as something of an escape artist, he will find himself outmatched against his new bindings.

Using a specially designed carriage, the Paladins of Trinsic will test their new transport to its limits on this maiden voyage. The mobile cell, crafted of thick oak, and plated with steel, bristles with weapons. The carriage can hold up to 15 occupants, but for its inaugural run, the only unwilling passenger on the manifest is Ricardo.

Seemingly clairvoyant, the good Sheriff of Trinsic, addressed our concerns about Ricardo's upcoming trip. The mobile prison that shall house him, is not only inescapable, but highly resistant to damage, and fireproof as well. Ricardo has earned a dubious reputation throughout the underworld for his uncanny ability to escape incarceration. The virtuous Paladins of Trinsic seemed inspired by this challenge, and rose valiantly to meet it.

While this reporter passes no judgment on the accused, I feel it is my obligation to express heartfelt gratitude towards our magnanimous legal system. A system championed with heroes like Casca. A system which eternally strives to keep us safe and secure from our lesser brethren.

Citizens make way for this titan of singular purpose. Clear the roads for this juggernaut of justice. Trust in our judicial champions to bring this scoundrel, and all those like him, down low.

I was hoping when I read that ,that it might be .Seems possible ,especially as the report makes a particular point of stating

I was thinking of those who could make attempeted 'raids' on the carriage till I read this.

Doesnt stop anyone roleplaying it though.

Especially as it seems a trial is to be held in the Courts of Truth in Yew .
Maybe its going to be a real event and the Ophidians may return to try reap their revenge from Ricardo

It has guards protecting it, Paladins called A Paladin the Champion of Honor, and they seem to attack negative karma people. Be warned, they are tough foes, and use Greater Heal on themselves, even through bleed and mortal.

Someone should perhaps try getting a message to our EM, if that is possible, that there needs to be a way to notify people of events more often and more directly.

Makes absolutely no difference to me. Most of the events seem to be along the lines of, drop one or more extremely nasty monsters in a town, usually monsters that will kill a GM-armoured person in one hit, and occassionally an artied-to-the-eyeballs person in one hit, until everyone manages to kill it/them.

You either miss nearly every event or there are more events happening at the same time so you still miss out on good events Soooo for me taking part in events or creating events no longer decide whether i wanna go online or not. Spending time with friends is more important (real friends that is)

Not his fault tho since this is not the EM event.. this is EA event storyline.

So he might want to tell you about it but he is kept in the dark also about certain things.. or so he claims.

Thats what ive learned from speaking to him.

Best way to be able to attend an event is move to america and work on thier timelines.

Well Elendrik is from Birmingham or thereabouts, but perhaps they need the US devs to do some of it, hence the timings.
