My name is Answer and I eat babies. You may remember it's creator, Adam "I gobble babies whole" Ant from UO comics and lore. It is a fantastic past time ran by the most dedicated and hungry staff you will ever meet. They are committed to balance, eater relations, and fairness.


What is Baby Eating Island?

Baby Eating Island (or BEI as we like to call it) is basically a Retro Baby Eating Island circa 15 months old with enhancements set in Maternity wards, and with REAL BABIES ONLY. More important than the location though, is the philosophy behind the eating. The BEI team has set out to build a solid and robust incarnation of every maternity ward that embodies all the things we loved about the early baby eaters whilst still growing and expanding to create an ever-interesting buffet for everyone to enjoy.

Our Baby Eating Island runs on a dedicated island with virtually unlimited babies and a 400 babies powerthirst drinker. The drinker system ensures you will have power spawning babies all the time!
